display! went to the summit. No dome on 10m tower. M2 spiders on CloudMon were hardly distorted, repaired fairly by hand. WeatherStation is OK. Bring back RAID to the town, then backed up the data to another disk. |

said NAOC can buy PC and CT2 cables from Kaneko Co. Joe san requested Jars from Japan. examine GPS receiver outside SCIDAR dome. |

| 2012-12-13 | Yao san is now proposing 5yr Project
for 2m telescope. CT2 support stay can be made by NAOC under
design drawings provided by NAOJ. Kurita san (Kyoto U.) can
be invited to Tel WS at Kunming in April/May ( now fixed in
late June, 2013). Yao san said they want to make 3.8m
telescope under cooperation w/ Kyoto U. check UPS finally that UPS is NOT working. After reconnection, PC doesn't work to be changed to new PC (NEXCOM NICE3500). |
| 2012-12-14 | After wait for so long time in hotel,
then went to summit and feel so strong wind at the summit. CloudMon working OK, Temperature Monitors(COM8, COM9) working OK, but Dust Counter NG. WeatherMonitor COM is NOT correctly communicated to install the new driver soft for USB-Ser2 (D:/Drivers/1IO/USB_RS232C_Sabrent), then COM11 OK. installed drivers for Keithley DMM for CT2 controller (T:\Drivers\0MeasureInstruments\Keithley Instruments\20110603DriverDownLoad\_1_KIOL-850C04.exe, _2_2700-852C02.exe). CloudMon unstable to get images, so reconnect FireWire cable, then OK hopefully. CM image show some material on M2 spider to be checked tomorrow. |

CloudMon should be installed rubber material inside to
protect the Camera against low temperature.
Heaters are necessary inside CloudMon to warm the
camera, DustCounter and Plastic Control? (planned to install
next visit). remove some cloth material, accidentally attached CloudMon M2 by strong wind, by hand. GSP measurement on 10m tower. Clean up CloudMon M1 and M2 w/ Alcohol, but some dirty patches remain on the mirror surfaces. clean up middle 2F floor after stealing some tools during these winter/spring. Start AC power monitor. CloudMon cannot get any images. After kill and reboot, CloudMon works. ProcessMonitor (soft) is set up without no periodic rebooting as some routines remain. |
